Weekend away near Liverpool

Hi!

I want to start posting more now I am visiting more places and doing more things but as I am very busy at the moment I just don't get the time to post as much as I would like to but lots of things are coming up!

During March me and Ant (my boyfriend) went to visit his Nan in Liverpool and have a weekend away! It was so lovely and I enjoyed every minute especially as he showed me around everywhere he knew as I haven't ever been near Liverpool before! 

We went on the Friday night late so just went to bed when we got there but on the Saturday we woke up early to go to Chester! Its such a beautiful town and I really enjoyed looking around the streets and shops plus it was sunny which made it even better!

We then went to Cheshire Oaks from there and wow that was amazing!! I wish I could have bought everything but unfortunately couldn't buy a lot as I am saving for an America trip this summer! But it was brilliant and I can't wait to go back! We then went to Ant's Nan's and had dinner before climbing Helsby Hill (the wrong way may I add so we did get lost climbing up but it was an adventure!) as we got to the top the sun was setting and it was the most amazing view but the photographs unfortunately don't do it justice! We took a few pics and started walking back down before it got too dark!

(This night we planned on getting the Train to Liverpool and seeing the docks but unfortunately there was a gas explosion so our train couldn't get there and we struggled to get back so we didn't get back to Ant's Nan's until 1am!)

On the Sunday morning we woke up early again and went to a farm shop that Ant's Nan wanted to take us too and it was really nice and sold lots of good food and pieces so I picked up some biscuits to take home.

We then headed home but stopped at Wirral beach on the way to walk along the sand and grab an ice cream, it was a really nice and quiet beach and the perfect way to end our amazing weekend away! 

I just can't wait to go back!
